Michigan Election Reform Alliance with a donation. As all of you know, Election Protection and Integrity are critical areas where erosions in safety of the processes and procedures has left our elections wide open for hacking.

This group in Michigan is worthy of your donation to help them build and support their 2008 Election Protection Plans.

On March 16th they had an Irish fundraiser. Unfortunately I didn't get it posted but you can still donate online today to their efforts!

See below:
The Michigan Election Reform Alliance.Org is pleased to invite you to join us for a fundraiser and party on March 16 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Corner Brewery, 710 Norris Ave., Ypsilanti, MI 48198. Suggested Donation is $25.

MERA Council will supply Irish food and there will be a cash bar at the brewery.

Shepard's Folly, a traditional Irish band, will offer music - songs and dance tunes.
The core of the group consists of
Ray Kamalay - a world class guitarist and vocalist, well known in mid Michigan,
Patti Ann Lea - one of the most refined celtic voices you will find anywhere, and
Phil Shepard - flute and whistles (he's the "fool" the band is named after).
A few guest musicians may also join the group.

Please come, help out a good cause, and enjoy a good party!

MERA is a 501(c)3 organization, so donations to MERA are deductible on
